Associate’s Business Team

- First Generation: Those personally introduced to Biz Ad Splash. The Associate earns a 10% Retail Sales Commission on all sales made by the First Generation Sales Team.
- Second Generation: Those who have been introduced to BAS by the First Generation Sales Team. The Associate earns a 5% Retail Sales Commission on all sales made by the Second Generation Sales Team.
The First and Second Generation Sales Teams can have an infinite number of people on each team. Each person on the First and Second Generation Sales Teams can also have an infinite number of people on their First and Second Generations Sales Teams. This continues indefinitely, but Associates earn commissions and bonuses on sales from their First and Second Generation Sales teams only.
Sales Positions
There are three SALES POSITIONS.
Each Sales Position is based on sales qualifications. These Sales Positions and the corresponding qualifications are as follows:
- Retail Customer: There are no sales requirements for this Sales Position. They have simply joined Biz Ad Splash for free.
- Sales Associate: A person who has joined Biz Ad Splash and has a minimum of $100 in purchases or sales in their Personal Account. No additional sales are required.
- Account Executive: A person who has a minimum of $100 in sales for their Personal Account, every 30 days. Account Executives are eligible to participate in the RRSP.
Account Executives (AE’s) who view the required number of daily websites are eligible to participate in the daily Retail Revenue Sharing Program Bonus.
Each of the three Sales Categories listed above are eligible to participate in Personal Retail Sales, Power Launch Bonus, Loyalty Bonus, Leadership Bonus, and Team Sales Commissions.

1. Personal Retail Sales
Associates can earn a tremendous income with Personal Retail Sales. Each account is given ten website slots. You may use any number of these website slots for yourself or you may sell any number of these website slots to a business outside BAS. When an Ad Package is sold to an outside retail customer, they receive guaranteed exposure of their website on our Advertising Rotation System. Plus, the associate is building the amount in Ad Package Volume, upon which the RRSP is calculated. What is charged for these outside sales is 100% to the Associate.
2. Power Launch Bonus
The Power Launch Bonus can be earned by anyone, regardless of Sales Position. This bonus applies to the first two purchases or sales to the Retail Customers Personal Account. The Retail Customer receives a 50% match of that amount, in the form of Ad Packages. These purchases or sales must occur during the power launch phase, which is a 30 day period that begins the first day Ad packages are added to the Retail Customers account. The Power Launch Bonus creates twice as many Ad Views for greater exposure of websites on the Advertising Rotation System.
For example, if the first sale to a Personal Account is a $5,000 Ad Package… that would normally create 5,000 Ad Packages; however, the Power Launch Bonus provides a 50% Matching Bonus, for another 2,500 Ad Packages, for a total of 7,500 Ad Packages added to the Ad Package Volume Account. This also provides 7,500 Ad Views, which means the website will be seen 7,500 times in our Advertising Rotation System, instead of 5,000. Plus…the volume in the Ad Package Volume Account gives more earning power from the RRSP.
3. Loyalty Bonus
The Loyalty Bonus is a 50% bonus of the amount purchased or sold to Personal Accounts on new sales. This bonus is given in the form of Ad Packages for loyalty to our program through repeat business. With this bonus the Associate receives more Ad Packages, so the cost per Ad Package goes down. In addition, more Ad Packages gives more Ad Views, which creates greater exposure for the website.
For example… if a $1,000 Ad Package was purchased/sold to a Personal Account, then the 1,000 Ad Packages would receive the 50% Loyalty Bonus for an additional 500 Ad Packages, for a total of 1,500 Ad Packages added to the Ad Package Volume Account. Therefore, for every $1.00 spent in Ad Packages, 50% more advertising is added to the account creating 50% more earning power from the RRSP.
4. Leadership Bonus
The Leadership Bonus is a 25% bonus earned by the Associate when Ad Packages are purchased by anyone on the Associate’s First Generation Sales Team. When someone on the First Generation Sales Team makes a purchase the Associate receives a 25% bonus of the amount they purchased in the form of ad packages. This increases the Ad Package Volume Account and the Ad View Balance, creating more earning power in the RRSP and more advertising in our Advertising Rotation System. Leadership bonuses are only given on the first two Ad Package purchases made during a Power Launch Phase.
5. Team Commissions
Anyone who has an active account, regardless of Sales Position, is eligible to receive the Team Sales Commission. This commission is based on the sales that are generated by the two sales teams. Sales from the first Generation Sales Team pays the Associate a 10% commission. Sales from the second Generation Sales Team pays a 5% commission.
6. Retail Revenue Sharing Program
This program is designed to reward those who have taken the first steps necessary to build and train an active, growing Business Team and, by doing so, have earned the position of Account Executive. Account Executives share in daily sales of the company. When the company has sales, Qualified Account Executives receive up to 5% commission daily, based on a calculation of the company’s sales for that day. Earnings for the RRSP are calculated using the day’s percentage and the Ad Package Volume of the Personal Account.
In order for RRSP to be paid daily, the company must have daily sales. If there are daily sales, a percentage, up to 5%, will be paid to those who qualify. We do not guarantee percentages, as they are based on a daily sales calculation. Fifty percent of the total company sales for that day are designated for the RRSP.

DEFINITIONS
Business Team
A Business Team includes the Personal Account and those in the First Generation and Second Generation Sales Teams.
Ad Package
The advertising product that is sold in order for a website to be viewed on the Biz Ad Splash Advertising Rotation System is an Ad Package. An Ad Package includes Ad Views and Ad Volume.
The lowest cost increment of an Ad Package is $1.00. (The initial, minimum for any purchase or sale of Ad Packages is $100.) After the initial sale or purchase additional Ad Packages can be obtained starting at $1.00 when using Cash Balance. The minimum sale or purchase of Ad Packages made using outside funds is $100.00. Ad Packages can be sold in increments of $1.00 to $10,000 per day.
Ad Package Bundle
The sale of more than one Ad Package in a single transaction is an Ad Package Bundle. Ad Package Bundles expire, and can no longer earn RRSP, once they have reached 100% of their value.
Example: An Associate purchases or sells a $500.00 Ad Package today, followed by a $200.00 Ad Package tomorrow…And a $1,000.00 Ad Package the next day. These are three separate “Bundles” and each will expire at different times. (After earning 80% in the RRSP.)
Ad Package Volume Balance
This balance shows the amount of Ad Package Volume purchased or sold for a particular account, which is shown in the back office.
Ad View
The Ad View is part of the Ad Package and is used as a way to allocate how often websites will be viewed in the Advertising Rotation System.
The Ad View Account information can be found in the Back Office. In terms of cost, each view cost $1.00.
Ad View Balance
This balance shows the amount of Ad Views available for a particular account. Available in the Back Office.
Cash Balance
The Cash Balance shows the amount that the Associate has earned, which is redeemable by requesting a Cash Withdrawal.
Cash Withdrawal Request
When requesting a Cash Withdrawal, any full or partial amount from the Cash Balance may be requested. Cash Withdrawals will be sent to the person named on the account through one of our payment processors, by check or using the BAS Master Card. There are two cash withdrawal periods each month, and only one withdrawal request per period is permitted.
Advertising Rotation System
The Advertising Rotation System is where websites are placed to be viewed by others.
Power Launch Phase
This 30-Day Phase begins as soon as Associates Ad Packages appear in the Associates Personal Account. During this phase Associates are eligible for the Personal Retail Sales Commission, the Power Launch Bonus, the Loyalty Bonus (after first two purchases or sales to your Personal Account), the Leadership Bonus, Team Sales Commissions and the Retail Revenue Sharing Program Bonus.
Personal Retail Customer
This is a person or business who has joing BAS but has not purchased advertising.
New Sales/New Purchases
This refers to Ad Packages sold or purchased using funds from payment processors, checks or the BAS MasterCard. New Sales and New Purchases do not include Ad Package sales/purchases made using cash Balance.

Ad Packages may be sold or purchased. They may be sold to:
1) Individuals outside the company
OR
2) Individuals inside the company
Personal Account/Back Office
Joining Biz Ad Splash is as simple as using the “Join Free” menu tab on the Home Page. Those who join are customers/associates of Biz Ad Splash and will be given a User ID number. This number is used to access the personal Back Office. The Back Office contains personal account information including balances of Ad Views, Ad Package Volume and Cash Balance.
To obtain additional Ad Packages access the Back Office and use the Cash Balance. The Back Office is also where Ad Views are allocated to the website, so that it can be viewed in our Advertising Rotation System.
Timeframe for Placement of Website on our Advertising Rotation System
Biz Ad Splash is a revolutionary advertising company with an extraordinary advertising plan. We want our customers to get the most out of this amazing Advertising System. When an Associate has Ad Packages/Ad Views in their Personal Account, they are required, within 10 days, to place a website on the Advertising Rotation System. Advertising on our Advertising Rotation System provides guaranteed exposure to hundreds, even thousands of people. Failing to place an Ad on the Advertising Rotation System within the 10 day period of having Ad Packages in your account, will cause the account to be locked until the website is placed in the Advertising Rotation System.
Account Deactivated after 90 days of No Account Activity
Accounts become deactivated with 90 days of no activity. “No activity” is defined as an Associate who has not logged into his or her account in a consecutive 90-day period. Any remaining Ad Views in a deactivated account will remain in the account; however, associates are unable to allocate these views to their website once the account is deactivated.
If an account is deactivated due to non-activity, it can be reactivated immediately. The process for reactivation will require a 10-day reactivation period before an account will be ready for use. Reactivation will require the username, password and email address.
Up to Ten Different Website Positions per Account
Biz Ad Splash will allow up to 10 different websites to be placed on the Advertising Rotation System per Personal Account. A number of these website positions can be used by the associate’s website of choice. Or… these positions may be sold who may not be interested in becoming an associate of Biz Ad Splash at the present time.
Minimum Number of Ad Packages Available
The minimum number of Ad Packages available to get started in the Biz Ad Splash Advertising Program is 100. This will provide a minimum of 100 views of the website. After the initial purchase or sale of Ad Packages, additional Ad Packages may be obtained for a minimum of $1.00.
Your Personal Account/Back Office
You may join Biz Ad Splash for free by registering your information using the “Join Free” menu tab on the Home Page. Once you join, you are a customer of Biz Ad Splash and will be given a User ID number. This number allows you to access your personal Back Office. Once you access your Back Office, you will see that it contains all the information about your Biz Ad Splash account including the balances of your Ad Views, Ad Packages and your Cash Balance.
If you would like to obtain additional Ad Packages/Ad Views, you may do so by accessing your Back Office. Obtaining Ad Packages for your account is referred to as selling Ad Packages for personal use. Also, your Back Office is where you can allocate Ad Views to your website so that it can be seen in our Advertising Rotation System.
Timeframe for Your Website to be Placed on our Advertising Rotation System

As a customer, once you acquire Ad Packages/Ad Views in your account, you are encouraged to place a website on the Advertising Rotation System within 10 days. Advertising your business or service on our Advertising Rotation System gives you guaranteed exposure to hundreds, even thousands of people, so delaying the process could cost you time and money.
Account Deactivated after 90 days of No Account Activity

AD Package Expiration
Each Ad Package Bundle, whether for $100 or $10,000, has a “shelf- life” and expires as a separate transaction. Each Ad Package Bundle can earn the RRSP percentage until it reaches 80%. Once this percentage is reached on each Ad Package Bundle, it is removed from the Ad Package Volume and no more earnings will occur on those particular Ad Packages. Any new Ad Packages will begin the RRSP process all over again, for that Ad Package Bundle. When that Ad Package Bundle earns 80% of its value, it will expire and will no longer continue earning the RRSP percentage. This cycle continues for each Ad Package Bundle.
- Example of how Ad Package Bundles expire: 1000 Ad Packages purchased today followed by 400 ad package purchased tomorrow as two separate Ad Package Bundles. The 1000 Ad Package Bundle will expire when it has reached the 80%. Likewise, the 400 Ad Package Bundle will expire when it has reached the 80%. While both the 1000 and 400 Ad Package Bundles are earning the RRSP daily percentages, the 1000 Ad Package Bundle will expire first, because it is older and has been earning the daily percentage longer.
- In summary, the Retail Revenue Sharing Program allows associates to earn up to 5% of the Ad Package Volume on a daily basis. Each day the RRSP totals are calculated associates earn up to 5% of the total of their ad package volume.
- Any RRSP bonus earned will show in the Cash Account.
- Ad Packages remain until they earn their 80% in the RRSP. Ad Views are ready for immediate allocation to place the website on the Advertising Rotation System. Ad Packages do not earn or expire when associates are not qualified. At the time of qualification they begin to earn the RRSP. Again, Ad Packages do not begin the expiration process until the associate begins earning on them through the RRSP program. Ad Package Volume is used to show sales volume in the Personal Account, which is used to calculate the RRSP.
Requesting Cash Withdrawals
Any RRSP Bonuses or Team Sales Commissions earned will be placed in the Associates Cash Account. There can only be one cash request per Business Period. There are 2 Business Periods per month. The first Business Period is the 1st through the 15th of each month, in which Cash Request will be processed by the last day of that month. The second Business Period begins each month on the 16th and continues through the last day of that month. Cash Requests for the second Business Period will be processed by the 15th of the following month. The deadline for a Cash Request is the last day of a Business Period at midnight ET. If requested after this deadline, then the Cash Request will be processed during the next Business Period. Cash Withdrawals can be processed using one of the three available payment processors or through bank wire.

What is the Power Launch Phase?
The Power Launch Phase is a 30-Day period of time, which begins the first day Ad Packages are credited to the Associate’s Ad Package Account.
When is the 50% Matching Bonus applicable?
The 50% Matching Bonus is referred to as the Power Launch Bonus. This bonus is paid in the form of Ad Packages and is credited to the Associates Ad Package Account.
The Power Launch Bonus applies to the first two purchases/sales to the personal account that are made during the Power Launch Phase. This Bonus is a 50% Match of the amount of the Ad Package purchase/sale.
Obtaining Ad Packages using Cash Balances does not qualify for the Power Launch Bonus.
For example: A purchase/sale of a $1000 Ad Package for personal use gets the Customer/Associate 1000 Ad Packages. With the 50% Power Launch Bonus, the Customer/Associate receives 1,500 Ad Packages.
How do Ad Packages expire?
The expiration of Ad Packages is determined by the Retail Revenue Sharing Program (RRSP). The RRSP pays a daily percentage, which is up to 5% per day. When an Ad Package earns 80%, that Package expires.
For example: If an Ad Package were to earn 5% each day… that Ad Package would expire in 16 days. If an Ad Package were to earn or average 1% per day that Ad Package would expire in 80 days. When Ad Packages expire, they are removed from the Ad Package Account.
What is the procedure for joining Biz Ad Splash?
Joining Biz Ad Splash is very simple and FREE. Associates get free access to the company website and their personal back office. In addition, all new advertisers receive 50 free Ad Views just to try our Advertising System and see how it works. Visit the Biz Ad Splash website and click on JOIN FREE. Be sure to have the ID# of the person who introduced you to the company.
What are the qualifications for earning the daily RRSP?
Retail Customers, Sales Associates and Account Executives are eligible for the RRSP during their personal Power Launch Phase. After the Power Launch Phase, only Account Executives are eligible to earn in the RRSP.
Ad Package Account Balances are not affected when an Associate is not qualified.
What are the age restrictions to participate in the Biz Ad Splash program?
Associates must have obtained the age of majority in their country of residence.
What is the proper procedure when a purchase/sale’s transaction is not shown in the back office?
Submit a support ticket immediately with the Customer/Associate’s ID number to support@bizadsplash.com. Supply any pertinent information for the form of payment used to make the purchase/sale. If a Payment Processor was used include a copy of the sales receipt.
Does the RRSP pay the daily percentage to an Associate who does not view on a particular day?

When can withdrawals be made from the Cash Accounts?
There are two Cash-Out Periods during each month: 1st-15th & 16th-End of Month.
Cash-Out requests made during the first period are paid during the second period. Cash-Out requests made during the second period are paid out during the first period.
The deadline for a Cash-Out Request is midnight Eastern Time of the last day of a period.
Which payment processors are available for Associates?
We are using three Payment Processors. They are Strict Pay, Solid Trust Pay and Alert Pay. There is no charge to set up an account with either of these.

What causes an account to become deactivated?
Accounts become deactivated if, during any 90 consecutive days, the Associate does not login. Or, one or more of the Terms and Conditions set forth by Biz Ad Splash, has been violated.
Accounts may be re-activated upon approval of Biz Ad Splash. Such accounts have a 10 day waiting period before becoming “officially activated.”
